How important is friendship?

YouGov survey for Movember uncovered that 51% of respondents had two of fewer friends and one in eight men said they had no friends.

In this episode, UKCP psychotherapist Noel Bell sat down with Matt Nicholls from the UK Council for Psychotherapy, to find how important it is to have someone to turn to.

Noel says: โ€˜Polls and research would suggest that the older men are, and particularly those that are married, theyโ€™re more vulnerable to loneliness.โ€™
