About Ted Bradshaw
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and coach. I have a real passion for helping people understand themselves better and I pride myself in putting things in simple, straightforward language. I consider myself to be very fortunate to work in this field as it has helped me personally. I would not be the person I am today if I had not come across all of this stuff, and I feel privileged to be in a position to share it with other people. I also currently hold an honorary position as Assistant Professor of Psychological Therapies at the University of Nottingham.
