If you look at my LinkedIn profile you will see it says: Consultant Coach Mentor. I started in consultancy back in 2008 and I'm now Managing Director with my own company, Wildwood Ecology. A lot of what I do now in business is mentoring and coaching colleagues, particularly with my senior leadership team.
