Carolyn (Caz) Hawley

I work with a range of clients across wide demographics to navigate change, challenges and transitions in careers, relationships and more broadly in professional & personal life. I help clients gain mobility and a clearer path forward, to untangle and make sense of times that may feel conflicted and overwhelming. An experienced Coach, Coach Supervisor, Mentor Coach and Group & Team Coach, I work with senior leaders, new managers and other professionals in private, public and voluntary sectors on a variety of topics navigating change especially in careers and leadership. My intention is to create a safe space for clients to be themselves, explore what's on their mind and what they want to achieve. I encourage my clients to develop & grow in whatever ways are helpful & meaningful, and to overcome obstacles which may be holding them back, uncovering new thinking & behaviours. I provide challenge and stretch, encouraging clients to dig deep. With a down to earth, collaborative, warm style, I draw on a broad range of approaches with psychological underpinning to support & challenge in the best interests of my client and their goals & aspirations. I am also a qualified Grief Recovery Specialist, supporting clients through grief & loss, drawing on the Grief Recovery Method and a supportive coaching style in this work.
