Having too much time on your hands can be dangerous as we can be our own worst enemy after all! Here are five traps to avoid when in lockdown.

How many times have I got carried away with a conversation in my head thinking it’s real and obvious to the people around me. Too many times and I am sure I am not the only one.

The cupboard under the stairs is trusted to look after anything we can’t find a place for. We chuck it in and leave it until it’s a big mess, eventually after years of procrastination we are forced to clear it out. What if I told you our minds are exactly the same?
